Sponsorships

UTC Platinum Event Sponsor
$30,000 (limited to three sponsors)
This sponsorship provides you with the second highest level of exposure at this year’s event behind the Premier Event Sponsor. In addition to the name recognition at UTC TELECOM 2012, your company name and logo will be displayed on all Expo marketing materials as of your sponsorship confirmation date and viewed by more than 25,000 telecommunications professionals. Your logo will be displayed on the Web site, in the UTC Journal, in the Program Guide and Exhibitor Directory, and on most of the onsite signage.

• Speaking slot during UTC TELECOM 2012 on appropriate session

CONFERENCE SYMPOSIUM
$20,000 each
Conference symposium sponsors will have their logos displayed wherever these sessions are listed; on the Web site, in the UTC Journal, in the Program Guide and Exhibitor Directory, and on the signage on-site at the conference. Symposium sponsors will be offered an opportunity to moderate key symposium sessions and leave brochure handouts in the education rooms. UTC COMMUNICATION CENTER SPONSOR
$10,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
The Communication Center is sure to be one of the most visible and highly used areas of the conference. Attendees will see your company name and logo appear as the home page for log in. In addition, your company logo will appear on all signage related to the Communication Center including a hanging sign in the hall.

NETWORKING LUNCH
$5,000 each (2 Sponsorships Available)
To assist in building exhibit hall traffic, UTC is planning to offer attendees a buffet networking lunch on both full exhibit days. Food stations, as well as seating areas, will be placed in strategic locations throughout the hall. UTC will provide signage in these areas to recognize your company as the sponsor including tent cards on eating tables during the lunch.

ADDENDUM TO THE ON-SITE PROGRAM
$3,500 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
The Addendum outlines all changes made after the printing of the on-site program. Every conference attendee receives a copy of this document at registration so they can be sure to correctly plan their UTC TELECOM 2012 experience. Your logo will be prominently displayed at the bottom of every page.

NETWORKING BREAKFAST
$3,500 each (2 Sponsorships Available)
Ensure your customers start the day right by sponsoring their breakfast. We have scheduled a delicious continental breakfast during each full day of the conference. UTC will provide signage in these areas to recognize your company as the sponsor.

2012 GOLF TOURNAMENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

GOLF SET (to be provided to each player)
$4,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
This golf set will provide all players with tees, balls, a can cooler and divot ball marker with your company’s logo on it to all the golfers! This sponsorship also includes one tournament foursome, recognition at UTC Awards Ceremony, prominent signage as well as verbal recognition at the event.
