UTC has reserved rooms in the conference hotel for all participants. Please mention you are with UTC when making your reservation.

All educational sessions, exhibits and social events are held on-site at the Rosen Shingle Creek, so be sure to make the most of your conference experience by staying at the host hotel! Because there are no additional hotels within walking distance, a rental car or daily taxi service would be required for stays at other hotels. To ensure availability, make your reservation early! Shuttles and towncars are available from the Orlando Airport to get to Rosen Shingle Creek. Keep in mind the conference is SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY.

Book Your Hotel Early and WIN Big

Again this year, UTC is conducting a monthly drawing to reward attendees that make early reservations at Rosen Shingle Creek. Beginning in December, one lucky winner per month will receive an American Express Gift Card to spend on anything they want. The earlier you make your reservation, the more chances you have to win! The final drawing will be in April 2012. Winners will be notified by email and will be able to pick up their gift cards at UTC TELECOM 2012. Gift cards are non-transferrable.
